There was an outdoor gate that was very loud and waking me at night. "I have called Sinclair my home for almost three years. Johana has been a wonderful manager. She is consistently keeping the property safe and very clean. Her relationship with all her staff makes people eager to make the residents happy. Tonight, the team created the most impressive Bingo,Burgers, and Beer night. We played Bingo with people of all ages. There are so many events that keep the residents connected to form a lovely community. Movie,game,and educational nights for adults and kids of all ages The pool is wonderful, and the gym is clean and has sonny options. Great place to call home."
"UPDATE to my previous review: my lease renewal is up and I could not imagine leaving Sinclair. I love it so much here. I am genuinely surprised that this place does not have a 5 star rating. I have lived here since November and I can honestly say that moving here was one of the best decisions I could have made. The amenities are very nice, everything in and out of the unit feels sturdy and good quality. The staff is SO SO SO friendly (shoutout to Johana who was amazing through my app and move in process). More important than being friendly, I can tell everyone here enjoys their job and cares about what they do. Maintenance requests get done so quickly. This is a very walkable and safe area. There is an actual police man patrolling the garage in the evenings. I am very impressed at how quiet and clean the entire complex is. Good quality people definitely live here. I can't speak enough good things about Sinclair apartments."
