"Roach and spider infested Roaches and spiders everywhere no matter how much they exterminate it never works. Trash everywhere stairwells grounds hallways nasty people stay here. Hood rats live here they pick fights with you for no reason because they jealous and envious. If you move in Building 10 I fear for you. You will be harassed by the downstairs neighbor constantly. & For them you reap what you sow, Dogs never on the leash, Maintenance steals food and walks in your Apt any time they want. Towing is crazy they try to tow your car for parking in the same spot daily."
"Use to stay there, tried not to leave was a long Time resident, new management and people in the office are extremely rude did not want to fix wear and tear, never was late on rent never had a complaint from neighbors they Dnt care"
"I just left here and after reading the reviews it seems to me like the problems are from those who are unhappy within themselves. You can’t go by the reviews of those tenants who are angry. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. These apartments were recommended to me by my old neighbor and if she’s content with the area I know I will be as well. Furthermore I see a lot of comments about the children, rats, roaches....etc. I would say this and be done. You control where you live. It takes a village to raise children and if the pest are out of control maybe the people who are complaining should clean their apartments, call for pest control or just move out."
