"The old lady with blonde hair is very rude and I'm reporting her and showing the video to housing authorities who would want to work with someone like her I got approved for a duplex and was told to come in to sign paperwork by ms.Janete she is sweet but the supervisor told her to give me my money back because said the supervisor was rude and loud with me for no reason have the recording on my phone I think it's because I have face tattoos"
"These units were extremely undesirable. Besides the evidence of bug/mitr infestation. There was a very disturbing paint over high price tag on multiple units. Old bathroom fixtures, bathtubs, and rusty painted faucets. The wals were heavily painted . It's definitely not worth the ridiculous price. Regardless of the area. The vest part was that the owner was accommodating as well as courteous."
"I wouldn't reccomend these apartments they all have electrical problems most of the appliances in each apartment do not work their was a fire an they painted over the smoke damage. Also they are infested with cockroaches and mold. A change in management almost every 4 months they switch from mobile payment to money orders an add unnecessary charges. Never answer emergency maintenance calls. The front office is very unprofessional they take the battery out of the phone to avoid residents calling. Nothing ever gets fixed unless you call the health inspector. An if visiting a resident no designated area to park without getting towed. Do not live here trust me."
"I don't live there but know people that do. And they are miserable. Been living there for months with no stove or refrigerator. And this month the manager cut off their air cause they went up on the rent & that's not the amount they suppose to be paying. Just bad reviews all around"
"As a single parent, I’m always looking when it comes to apartment. a place that it looks safe and closes to kids school. This place it’s small but very quite and very friendly staff and Neighbors.The process was very fast to get in . Janet the new management it’s very kind and helpful and the rest of staff. I highly recommend this place to live here."
