"There's a lot I can say about these apartments that will help them get better ratings. I'm embarrassed to let friends or family to come visit. I will not renew a lease for sure! 1. Fire whom ever in charge of hiring the WHOLE MANAGEMENT TEAM and Maintenance.!There is always trash everywhere either have Republic come every other day or get bigger receptacles. Or new waste management. Why the gates don't work? Much money is made here from all the tenants FIX THESE GATES OPEN THEM ALL GIVE PEOPLE GATE CARDS Fix the pools get RID OF WHOMEVER THE PEST CONTROL IS THEIR PESTACIDES ARE TRASH .Why so many speed bumps? Do yall not care about the Tenants here FIRE WHOMWVER DOES THE CLEANING AFTER THE APARTMENTS ARE VACANT THE CABINETS AND SINKS NEED REMODELING NOT MORE PAINT! CLEAN OUT THESE APARTMENTS REBUILD THEM NO MORE BROKEN GATES ROACHES MOLD TRASH EVERYWHERE POOLS WE CANT SWIM IN.ANYONE WITH KIDS DOGS OR DISABILITIES SHOULD BE ON THE 1ST FLOOR. PLAY AREA FOR THE KIDS and an additional pool that's open at least til 10pm, that's operable."

"Worst apartments ever ! I have a sickly child who can’t be around mold ,mold is always on the walls or ceiling and I’ve bought him several bassinets because mold kept getting in his bassinet, they don’t exterminate ! These apartments are roach infested and have bad spiders & maggots also no matter how much u clean it. BEWARE!"

"Don’t ever consider these apartments. Every aspect of this community is trash from the maintenance, to the upkeep, to the level of professionalism that the rude and disrespectful office works have. Trash is always everywhere except the trash receptacles. I picked up my TODDLER from the front gate after school and he had to use the restroom so I took him to the leasing office and they turned us around and said a four year old couldn’t use the restroom because it was “closed”. As if they sit in the office for 8 hours a day with no facilities. It’s quite a long walk to building 11 for a toddler to hold their bladder. They do not fix maintenance in a timely matter. When it was the hottest month on record, my air conditioning went out almost daily with no real fix. They refuse to exterminate or respond to issues within a timely manner. I sincerely regret giving this complex a penny of my hard earned money and will be moving asap."

"Belfort Pines is a HORRIBLE place to live the office workers attitudes are HORRIBLE! They might as well work at Popeyes! You can’t ask them anything without them getting a attitude, not doing it , & lying about it . I’m 5 months pregnant the air been out since yesterday I’ve been calling none stop and they have yet to fix it . I had to walk all the way to the front just to tell them again and they still didn’t come . Every woman that works in that office needs to be fired because the attitude is not welcoming and does not present the apartments in a good way !"

"I don’t want to give them one star. The moment I walked in I felt the energy off. I should have ran then. The moment I start asking about a two bedroom two bath I knew for sure to turn around but I still stuck around. That was because of the area in the reviews I seen. Those were lies and probably coached reviews. It definitely doesn’t look good to a leasing professional that’s applying for an apartment. I even went as far as filling out an application and that was on July 20 2021. It has been almost a month and they can’t tell me if I’m approved or not. I even reached out to the corporate office to get a hold of the property manager. That was one week after applying just to check what the process was. I never got a callback from her.They called me yesterday to come in the office to fill out another form. Remind you I have Been in that office three times are ready to correct whatever needs to help the situation. I advise my concerns and when I wanted to move. They have taken their time and gave me the runaround since day one. Not to mention they don’t even have time to show me what the apartment looks like. They did have the nerve to tell me my deposit will be 2000 and something dollars. Remind you I have not even paid a high deposit like that in seven years. Why would I give them that much deposit if they’ve been giving me a run around all this time? Not to mention I needed to move by 15 September. For them to think I was dumb enough to continue to wait on them is funny. If these apartments are nice in the inside they definitely have the wrong people running them in the front office.
