"I don't normally write reviews esp "solicited- reviews". This review is for SMB team but highlighting our MVP, Haeli. I have to say that I highly recommend SMB because of it's customer service. It's rare for me to stay at an apt longer than a year from ATX to HOU, but I would have to say that the SMB team, esp Haeli Yu, have been top notch. If anyone ever gets a chance to collobrate with Haeli at SMB (since she's a busy woman), she will ensure you get the best deal and ENSURE your apt meets all your needs. She's honest, diligent, and DEDICATED to her work and residents!!! I commend her for ensuring SMB is well taken care and her efforts to her managing all her residents problems and needs."
