"The maintenance staffs are super attentive. I have to let them fix my staffs for a couple of times, and every single time they were able to come in and did their job within 2 business days (2/3 they just came in the next business day after you submit request). I’ve been lived here for 1.5yrs and I feel very safe here, plus they hired security guards who drive around with flashing lights at late nights (the office added it after a couple of cars tires were stolen a couple of months ago) Leasing office staff Angie was very helpful with transferring me to new unit. I don’t have problems with other staffs, but I will say it would be more effective if you address your concern and following up with them in person, not by emails. I give 5 stars here because I know how frustrated it could be with clogged disposal and the maintenance team here is fantastic."

The property itself is incredibly nice, with well-maintained grounds and beautiful amenities. During the tour, Kelly was an absolute delight. She was not only sweet and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the property and its offerings. She patiently answered all of my questions, taking the time to ensure that I had a clear understanding of everything. Her professionalism and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect home left a lasting impression. As I plan my move to Houston next year, Greenbriar has undoubtedly secured its spot at the top of my list. The combination of the property's exceptional features and Kelly's exceptional service make it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a wonderful place to call home."

"Living at Greenbriar Park Apartments has largely been an incredible experience. The location is great, the maintenance staff is attentive, and the amenities are top-notch. However, there is a glaring issue that needs to be addressed: car thefts. Last night, a shocking number of vehicles in the parking garage were targeted, with wheels stolen and cars left on bricks. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident; it has occurred multiple times under previous management. We recently had a management change, and while they sent an email acknowledging the situation, there were no specifics about the steps they'll take to prevent future incidents. This leaves me and other residents skeptical about any forthcoming improvements. Management could implement a range of security measures, such as fencing off the parking garage, increasing nighttime patrols, or installing additional cameras. While it's not my responsibility to solve this, failing to act is unacceptable. Despite this security issue, Greenbriar Park Apartments remains a wonderful place to live, and I would stay here for many more years if I could be assured of my safety and that of my vehicle. Therefore, my review is mixed: while the living conditions are great, the ongoing crime issues are a significant concern. You be the judge."
