"Roaches tell the residents to use borax to kill roaches ,maintenance barely do any of work orders and fees on top of fees feel like what's the point of work orders when barely stuff being done and overall would it's nice if it wasn't for loud neighbors and fees because charging people who try get their car from in the place they live try fee people for trash that they didnt leave and family member had deal with loud neighbors . They don't even try to finish the work orders, an artifact that you put a work order in they basically made my cousin wait a whole month for work order to be done and it's still not done properly and on top of all that the property manager like to blame you for certain things being messed up that they supposed to fix I suggest you live somewhere else cuz today is not working on work order is properly and they quick to say they gotone maintenance guy"
"the architecture is really nice and so are the apartments, its just, people ALWAYS have to leave trash and its always the same kind of people. nothing is done to stop the trash throwing like bruh aim at the dumpsters"
