"Please for your own good DO NOT RENT HERE EVER! It is the worst apartments ever in the greenspoint area, the so called woman that runs this place will abuse your privacy get into your apartment when you are not home and if you try to tell her something she will snap at you and point her fingers at you. There are no visitor parkings at all because all if her tenants that don't want to pay their parkings take over all of them. Her daughter also lives there rent free and does not know how to mind her own damn business, this whole family will make your life in this apartments a living hell. They think they run the whole world and will step on you all they want so again I am warning you please please stay away. They also commit fraud with your signature so be aware, and just like the other reviews their dogs are the worst creatures of the devil if you have children I will be careful to leave them alone around these pests. Also they dont fumigate your apartment or fix anything that needs to get fixed and if they do they try to put an old piece. Your rent will go up every renewal $100, which is not worth it she does not fix the drive way at all, and you will think with all the money she steal she would have it fixed! It is full of pot holes!! Again think twice about renting here."

"This place is absolutely in deplorable conditions and the horrible woman who calls herself an owner/manager never does anything to fix any type of issues! She is an absolute NIGHTMARE of a human! She does not know how to talk to people without raising her voice in a demeaning manner and pointing fingers! Her annoying ass hell dogs are barking ankle biters who snip at people and she does absolutely nothing about it. This "person" will make your life a living hell here. I advise anyone NOT TO rent here. There are plenty of options in a city like Houston. No one should settle for this type of place and "management" I hope this horrible woman gets fired. Stay away from this hell hole people! ZERO STARS!"

"If I could give these apartments a -0 I would. My mother lived here 7 months and it was the worst exeprience of her life!! First of all the manager whom she calls herself the owner of the apartments is a rude thief!! She enters your apartment without notice. She asks for cash as a deposit non refundable. The apartments are rotting and she hasn't done anything to fix them. The ceiling from one of the rooms was broken and everytime it would rain it would leak inside creating mold and damage to personal belongings. Never fixed it even with the multiple times that my mother told her to. She has a daughter who lives rent free in the apartments and is always in your business she has dogs who bark at people and try biting kids outside. She will lock your door for any reasons. The pipes don't even work and there's hardly any hot water! She doesn't allow family to visit she is always kicking visitors out of the property. And the list goes on we have proof of all of her fraud she even forged my mothers signature and remade a contract! Please stay away from this hell hole!!!! Anyone who has lived in these apartments can tell you how horrible of a human being she is. She even got maintenance to steel couches from the neighbor's downstairs!! STAY AWAY FROM HER FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!"
