"I bought my vehicle last year in Peoria, before i bought it I went to GM dealer in peoria they advised me to do a service maintenance that it would tell me of foreseen problems So here in Kewanee there's a GM dealer so I figured I would take it here...Well not all GM dealers are the same, FIRST THE service manager VERY poor took HER nearly a month after doing the service to get paperwork IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT TO CALL SCRIBBLED numbers and words on a piece of paper NOT even a written invoice..and we had to call her several times to ask for this written mess to only be given numeral excuses of why it wasn't ready { I'M WORKING ON IT, I'm SO BACKED UP SHORT HANDED,THEY FIRED MY BOSS I'll have it tomorrow, then after weeks..I call her again Finally She tells me she just had the paper on her desk but can't find it that it must for fell behind it can she call me back she'll look for it...She calls me back to say She lost it... DO I have the paper she gave us which was the SCRIBBLED notes they written Not the invoice I was expected to receive after paying $800 for.( trans flush) plus Maintenance Service SHE LOST THE PAPER AND NOW NEEDS ME TO BRING IN MINE...SO RIDICULOUS!! WE bring in the paper. EXPECTING AN WRITTEN UP DOCUMENT .. she hands us back the same paper with a few more numbers on it.My vehicle needed work done it was found and SHE told me to take it somewhere else they have no immediate openings...Took my vehicle to a local shop to be worked on.I also had a oil change done there at GM. Today took my vehicle to Walmart for a oil change to have the service guy tell me the plug was very loose had been that way from the last GM OIL change.....BEWARE!!"

"Louie in service is amazing and so helpful. And so is John, very knowledgeable. Very quick and very informative on what was wrong with my car. If you need any work done please take your car there for any repairs. I will be going there when I need a new car."

"Took my car here to get it fixed on October 31. Was told they would work on it around the 1st of November. Never got a call saying what was wrong or they were running behind. I called numerous times and just kept getting told ur next in line. 3 months later and I had to go pick up my car and took it elsewhere to get fixed! Horrible customer service and liars! Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!"

"My mom bought a used car. The power seat switch went bad. I have turned wrenches for years so I do any work to my parents vehicles. The lady that answered was very friendly and sent my call right to the department I needed. Tom in parts department knew exactly what I was looking for and was very friendly. When my wife and I start looking for a new car we will definitely keep this dealership in mind."

"This place is nothing but liars and full of excuses. Their joke of a service department, ya they definitely love laughing at you on the phone, hanging up on you, they are NOT professional whatsoever. And the salesman don’t listen especially when you’re asked where you want your payment and when all is said and done, instead of a $400 payment, it’s closer to $600. I will NEVER recommend this place or any of their other places to have your car worked on. They are nothing but a joke."
