Portillo's Rockford

"Stopped here during a roadytip and I was STARVING! They had a,lot of cars in the drive thru, but the worker who came out and took orders while we were in line was fast and polite. I ordered three Chicago style hot dogs with no bun. Everything was great and they put my food in a nice big container and provided a fork. Only downside was they forgot one of the hot dogs."

"After moving to another state after living a lifetime in IL and eating Portillos I was beyond excited to treat myself to a Portillos beef sandwich! Restaurant clean and functioned well. Good parking. Fast and on point service. Ordered a Big Beef, wet, sandwich for take out. Opened bag, sandwich wrapped well but super slim. Once opened obvious not much meat and very dry, leaving light Italian Beef flavor. I guess just like everything else in this new economy gone are the good ol days of epic Portillos. Good, easier to give it up without longing for the past epicness. Oh, in the photo I fluffed the meat, it didn't at all look this full."

"Order food today and it’s the worst I think I’ve ver received at any place in the area. Burger patties where burnt fries weren’t even cook so soggy the container fell apart wet and cold! Not only that they forgot a shake as well! Complete waste of $70.00 and a disappointing attempt at a family dinner! I will never return."

"Ordered a side salad with chicken it barely had any chicken on it $8 had to drive back to Portillo’s to ask for more chicken on my salad. It was inconvenient, but the manager was nice enough to rectify the situation. Will not order again. Adding a photo to show what i was given in the beginning. Once the chicken was added the salad was delicious!"

"Always enjoy getting my Portillos fix. The service can be a little slow at times but the food makes up for it. Jumbo Chicago hot dog, Maxwell St polish , and the chopped salad are my go to , along with Chocolate and seasonal lemon cake."
