"While I can't speak to previous management, I can say the current management here is a dream team!! I couldn't imagine not living here without Ken and Alonso's unwavering dedication to make this community a wonderful place to live. Upon move-in, there were a few minor fixes needed and previous maintenance came the next day to fix it all. I was stunned, I've never experienced a complex that cares to get any issues resolved immediately. Alonso has been our neighborhood hero to help fix any requests within a timely fashion. Ken's tireless efforts make a remarkable impact on our living conditions. He goes above and beyond to ensure this complex is a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all residents. His dedication to improving our quality of life and keeping residents informed is truly commendable. In the time I've lived here, the common areas have been upgraded, the landscaping is beautifully maintained, and security measures have been enhanced creating a more pleasant, safe atmosphere for residents as the management truly cares and works hard to ensure residents are safe. The residents here are friendly, it's a fairly quiet complex, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Ken organizes fun events that bring neighbors together, creating a sense of unity and belonging I've rarely seen in other places I've lived. Aside from the gorgeous bike trails and parks nearby, this complex for the management team, the location and price is one of a kind. I'm glad I chose to call Turtle Creek my home, and understand now why they sometimes have a wait-list!! I highly recommend considering Turtle Creek your future home too!"

"My experience since new management has taken over is awesome. Ken always takes care of any complaints quickly and his maintenance helper is experienced and knowledgeable also quick to respond to any issues that might arise. Ken is always present and available."

"I've only been a renter since December 2022 but I love my new apartment because all appliances are in good working order like my dishwasher, stove, A/C-heater, and fridge. I have a ceiling fan in my room that cuts down on A/C costs (a big deal in Houston's heat and humidity). I also have beautiful light fixtures in my hallway and living area. I also love having a built-in bookcase for my books and magazines. It is peaceful and (mostly) quiet, so no nosy neighbors or loud kids, thankfully."

"I am very happy and pleased to live at Turtle Creek Houston. Management and maintenance are the big seller for this place. It’s an older complex; however, it is well kept; clean and managed well. I have recently moved in, they took special care to see I was satisfied. Also, for the one maintenance issues I had; it was handled expeditiously. I love that it’s a smaller complex; it is a homey place."

"So happy I picked turtle creek as my home! Its always 100% leased so when a 1 bedroom became available I jumped on it the same day. I’ve lived here for about a month now and I love it! I got an upgraded unit and it’s super cute. Ken made my move in process simple and he’s so sweet and easy to talk to. I couldn’t be happier. 8 minutes from the heights and 15 or less from anything fun in houston. Can’t beat it! Very reasonable price as well."
