"Maintenance staff has been amazing. I absolutely love how quickly they resolve issues that I may have with my apartment. The leasing office is very attentive to issues and tries to get them resolved in a timely manner. I would rate this place a 10 out of 10."

"I went to see them, the administration was very attentive. I didn't like the very small dog park. and they need to improve their security. The apartments are very nice, and the area is the same. I decided not to rent here because of the failure I saw in security. I recommend installing many security cameras."

"We really love living here. We moved in about two months ago. The leasing office has been really flexible and worked with us a lot as we had questions/concerns about the lease. They were flexible on move in, and we have had really positive interactions with Nallely, Johnathan and Julie from the office. They are helpful on the phone and when we have dropped in to pickup packages or ask questions. The facilities are well-maintained and maintenance is responsive, we usually have someone come fix things within a day or two."

"I have been living at City Park since August and I absolutely love it here. It's SAFE, quiet, peaceful, and the pool is really nice. When I first moved here Cassandra and Angelica helped me and they're were both really accomodating and are still super sweet. Living here, you're really close to everything too (great location). I will also say that maintance is super helpful I've had a few minor issues but they've been seen about in no time. I highly recommend it here!!"
