"We had a gift card which is why we went to chilis, it’s not my favorite Restaurant but it’s still a friendly atmosphere. Our server Celeste was genuinely nice and attentive. We didn’t have to ask for any refills and she was quick and efficient with her service. She made sure to connect with us and remember our names."
"Despite being regular customers at this chili restaurant, my son and I have consistently encountered disappointing service. The waitstaff often seems disinterested in serving us, sometimes even serving us last. However, I always make sure to tip because I understand the challenges they face. I believe waiters should be open-minded and treat everyone fairly, without making judgments based on race. I requested plastic silverware but never received it, resulting in me being unable to enjoy my Mac & cheese. This recurring treatment is disheartening. Today, even though I was in line first, the waitress asked the lady behind me who arrived first. I couldn't help but wonder if she thought we cut the line. It's frustrating and confusing to experience such treatment. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues for the sake of their customers' satisfaction."
"Our server was Megan and she was amazing! Very kind, helpful, and was very quick! She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Honestly she made our experience at Chili’s great and I would definitely go again! The food was great too. Megan was the cherry on top!"
"Parking was plentiful and free. The restaurant was clean this time except for the ladies' room. We were seated right away, which was surprising for 5 pm on a Friday, so we were happy. Our server was very nice and super attentive. Our meals came out hot, fresh and exactly how we ordered it."
"First time at this chili's. My experience was amazed, had the amazing waitress, she was so nice and friendly. We started off with the triple dipperand we selected the big mouth bites, fried mozzarella and crisp honey Chipotle chicken crispers. We loved the chicken crispers alot. I ended ordering classic sirloin 10oz steak medium rare. It was soo delicious, I wanted more lol. My wife ordered the Cajun chicken pasta she loved it alot. Definitely coming here again."
