"I lived here for four years. You can expect: Teenagers smoking marijuana on the playground, trash on the grass after every weekend, smells of urine as you walk to and from your car. My car was stolen. There are no cameras. The apartments are big, and fairly beautiful but the materials they use a low quality and the repairs they do are patchwork. Think: paint chipping off in the bathtub, poor insulation resulting in mold on the window sills, normal counter use resulting in damage and the list goes on. They fix things quickly and are receptive to requests and questions. I had rats when I first moved in but they fixed the problem and I hadn’t had an issue since. Same with roaches. Overall, the complex is loud. There are lots of loud, active kids. Like TONS of them (I didn't mind this in particular). They’re always (literally every chance they get) playing outside. If you’re bothered by loud/screaming voices, this may bother you and I recommend visiting after-school on a weekday. There are lost of parties and music. So, definitely not a quiet place. The inside of my apartment had lots of natural light. There is always parking. It may not be exactly where you want it (though it usually, 60% of the time, is) but it’s there."

I’ve lived here for just over two years and never had any problems or issues with a People that live in the apartments or the surrounding area. Wendy and April were both awesome and super responsive with any issues that we had during our stay."

"Wonderful place! I lived here for two years and it has been a great experience, management is great and is willing to work with you. Mantienece is always great. To be honest the issues that lies around is outside their reach but at least they try to keep security around to ward off the homeless that roam around late at night ..... But still a great place to live overall! 5 stars"

"Wendy and April were amazing through my entire process (it was a long one, because of me of course). I've been here for almost a month and have no complaints. My unit is spacious, the staff is there to help when needed, and maintenance is great! I haven't had many issues, but when I did, maintenance was out the same day. I did have a few roaches and a big spider, but after I sprayed a few times, I haven't seen anything since. There are plenty of kids running around, which is great if you have school aged kids. It's not much to complain about, the people here are friendly. It's not bad for the price at all. They gave out snacks for thanksgiving, they really have a "community" vibe. If I could leave more stars, I would."
