"“NEW MANAGEMENT”/“NEW PAINT”/SAME ISSUES! Work orders have been up for months, promising to “come by today” or “now one came??? What…. This is the toilet leaking from upstairs down into our living room. We have had to move our furniture and side table to prevent additional damage. We were told by the front office, “THATS WHAT RENTERS INSURANCE IS FOR.” How about just fixing the leak and Sheetrock so we can use our restroom again without water coming through the ceiling."
"Worst experience with their customer service. No warning or email is given prior to the cut of frequent water supply. It takes extremely long unpredictable time to get the customer support if you even need anything urgent. They do not allow anyone to play in the field also."
"The apartment used to be ok, now its just one of the worst place to live in. The only good part was we could play soccer which they stopped. That was the only lively thing that used to happen there."
"I would like to give Kudos to your staff @ Residences At The MED Apartments. Isabel Garcia, Donald @ Leasing office and Jeff, Devion @ Maintenance. We moved in 7/9/22 @ 2111 Holly Hall Apartments under the old management company they had several property managers. We lived in Apartment It had several issues that were reported and sent several emails to the leasing office. Robert listened to our concerns that we were experiencing. Robert made accommodations for apartment transfer to another unit. His staff have worked diligently to make sure the transfer move was a successful one. We love the new apartment and the location.
