"I really enjoy living here. Great space for the price. As a single mom it's comforting to live somewhere that has a community environment. I feel safe here which is very important to me. The office staff is super nice and helpful. They treat the residents so well and they have community events that bring the residents together. Alonzo always a great attitude and is very thoughtful. "I really enjoy living in my new place. Love my neighbors and the community. The front office staff is top notch. Roe and Melanie are soo very kind. I’ve lived in plenty of apartments and this complex really makes you feel like home. I love the gym. I’m there daily. It’s a quiet community and the renovations really make you proud to live here especially for the price. At this price you won’t get a better deal with these kinds of amenities and such a friendly community."
"I currently live in these property. Bad Management. I keep getting charged and my bills going higher every month. I request maintenance the maintenance staff did no work or fix the problems. Have about three months of moved in and already have mold in the apartment I reported to the one of the leasing agents and nothing was done! Cockroach everywhere! I definitely do not recommend this place for living! I’m so disappointed! I have so many maintenance request and some have been attended. The recent one ya a leaking on sealing which I made a report months ago it was patch not fix now the water is leaking from the hallway bathroom to the kitchen. I have also place a maintenance request for to replace a mirror that broke months ago and they responded was they have others priorities. I wish the rent wasn’t a priority."
"Wish I could give them 0 stars!! I’ve been telling the pervious AND the new owners we just got last week about a leak in my living room and Friday night the very TINY leak flooded my apartment all the way to the back besides my bedroom. No emergency number I could call , called the police TWICE they couldn’t do anything so it water was pouring out of my dining room LIGHT along with 3 different places in ceiling causing it to cave in on top of me. After having no ceiling for THREE days they’re finally fixing it but my bathroom ceiling is still full of water and leaking (about to cave in as well). Didn’t even get a sorry for this happening. 0/10."
