"I will give this apartment zero star if it was possible. No one should move here. They are thieves, I lived in this apartment for two years which was terrible, roach problems, stealing and above all, when your lease ends and they don't want you to move, if you insist on moving, they steal your deposit and months after you leave, they send you bills of more than 2000 dollars claiming you spoilt things in the apartment. Before I left, I professionally cleaned the apartment but I was surprised when they called me and sent me pictures of another apartment that was so bad, claiming that was my apartment and saying I owe them 2,500 dollars they used for repairs and they won't be returning my deposit. Run far from these thieves"

"I lived here for about 6 months and this place really needs a helping hand. During my time here the bathroom ceiling flooded and fell in while I was in the apartment. Management then refused to put me in a different apartment and suggested that I go to a hotel for a few days and told me that they would reimburse me if I brought them the receipts. 3 days later I was told that my apartment was fine to move back in and within a week the washing machine flooded the bathroom a second time. All of this occurred within me moving in the first two months. Management lied about reimbursements for the hotel while the fixed the bathroom ceiling and claimed to take it off my next rent instead of writing a check as they previously stated before I went to get the hotel room with money out of my pocket. They did not deduct from my rent nor tried to make it better or even fix any of the other work orders that I requested during my stay. I eventually got fed up completely and broke my lease by leaving 6 months before my lease was over with due to poor Management at these apartments"

They retrieved a package for me that I had not had access to for nearly a week. I especially want to acknowledge Oscar, who is always friendly and professional. His presence has improved the customer service 100 percent. Thank you!"

"Do not move here!!!! Unsafe, theft is rampant, management is always changing, you get no answers, they make you pay for trash but no one picks it up, cars are being stolen and getting broken into while security is harassing you instead of the bad guys, drug bags are laying all over the property, my daughter got bitten by a dog and that same dog also attacked another dog, they lied and let the people keep the dog, tenants throwing hot grease over the balcony and nothing done, mailbox and mail people being robbed , had to pick my mail up from post office for 3 months, your visitors can only come by and visit 14 times a month , last I checked I pay around 1200$ a month for a 1bed apt to be told I’m not allowed to have company when I feel, security told me I couldn’t sit on my patio to smoke after 9 cuz they have a curfew, which none of this is in my lease, so I feel like a prisoner in my own home!! Please take heed do not move here!!! If you love your children and your self “ DO NOT MOVE here, it’s a nightmare"

"I think 610 Apartments is a good place to live never had any problems Robyn was a good property manager and I'm sorry she left. To fulfill her dreams in another city I appreciate how she made me comfortable overall property 610 is a decent place to live."
