Regard at Med Center

"Let me start off my saying my stay here have NOT been pleasant since before I moved in I've had nothing but issues after issues. Problems after problems. I should have followed my first mind and moved somewhere else but it was time sensitive that I found somewhere to move into asap. I've been here since March of 2023, There is trash all over the place on every floor Trash Rooms are always overflowing with trash & Valet Waste doesn't always come like they should. Gates are always open for any and everyone to come in. Cars are always being broken into, tires stolen, but you can't blame management for that because they have cameras around the property & security guards but that doesn't stop the criminals from just making their way in... My neighbors up stairs are the neighbors from HELL..... I've had noise complaints about them since I moved in. I'm tired of dealing with the constant stomping and bumping all times of day and night I can hardly sleep in peace because I'm being disturbed and it make it no better that the walls are thin so anytime your neighbors are throwing a party or arguing etc, you can hear it. And not to mention the parking is terrible the tenants and their guest that live here drive dangerously crazy in the garage. one night someone almost side swiped my car speeding past me just to go to the same floor I was going to smh. I had one person to park in my reserved spot about a few months ago, and I had to wait for about 3 hours for management to send the tow truck because even though I pay for the spot management have to send them out. Also it's the overall safety concerns here and along with many others that many people have mentioned we pay too much money here monthly to deal with such disregard of our safety & property and filth from the tenants that live here. Now I have spoke with management and I will say that they have been working hard for the upkeeping of the property. Since I moved in some things have switched up a lot. Victoria the assistant manager is cool as well she really made a move on me when I first moved in. But I feel like my time has come to an end with apartment living simply because of the people that move in them. And I will say this the apartments are not bad it's just like I said the people that live here, I love the area it's so close to everything :) and it's more spacious than my old apartment."

"I booked an apartment tour and fell in love with the property. The leasing staff was extremely friendly and welcoming more importantly Jakayla was amazing. She mad the process to apply extremely easy and she has been keeping me updated. I can’t wait to move in here. The apartment I was shown on the tour is the apartment that I was advised I would be applying too and the apartment is big and spacious."

"Exceptional living experience! I've been thoroughly impressed with the apartment complex. The management is professional, accommodating, and always eager to assist. The recent renovations to the gym, resident lounge, and business center have taken the facilities to a whole new level. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the complex is truly commendable. I feel proud to call this place home. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a superb living environment."

"The staff has been SOOO kind and helpful! Victoria has gone above and beyond in answering every question that I've had so far. This is my first time renting and she has helped guide me and assist me with all of my concerns! The apartments themselves are VERY nice for the price and the location is fantastic! "PICTURES AS PROOF I TELL NO LIE To begin, The only reason this review has 1 star is because there isn't an option to put 0. The worst thing is that my car was broken into 2 times and then stolen, and the property charged me to break my lease with only 1 month left. I would describe this property as the slums. The only places I’ve seen that are worse than the Regard At Med Center are all government housing. My family and friends always had negative comments about this place, one even described the walk to my apartment as “walking through hell to get to heaven”. Ive dealt with everything from urine smells, overload of trash rooms, Dog feces, flooding Car break ins, cars on bricks, and so much more. this place is disgusting and they don’t seem to care about any of the residents. I could write a book on how bad this place is but I wont, please see my posted pictures"
