"This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is always broken, the elevator, the gates, the doors to get in, the remote for gate and doors, EVERYTHING. I’ve gotten stuck on the elevator because it just stopped working. There was an infestation of ants in my unit and nothing was done about it. The fire alarm goes off every time you cook. The front office is no help at all. There has been multiple times where the exit gate to get out doesn’t open and there is a line of cars just waiting to be able to get out and get to work. The hallways always smell like trash and dog piss. Dog piss always left in elevator. Overall, I do not recommend anyone to live here it’s not worth paying as much in rent as they charge."

"I recently moved out of this apartment after living there for 3 years. Overall my experience here was great. The leasing agent who originally helped me with my application was awesome and helped me quickly move through the process and answered all of my questions. She even helped me switch with another applicant so I could move into an apartment not on the first floor. After that the move-in process was smooth. While living there the Complex was usually clean apart from some stains in the carpet that were permanent. On the off chance, you could smell dog pee in the hall or someone left some undergarments in the elevator, but it was usually gone within a day. Maintenance was always quick to respond when you put in a request, usually I just requested light bulb changes and air filter changes. Towards the end of my stay, the sprinkler system on the balcony in the apartment above mine kept leaking water which sealed into the walls of my balcony, balcony storage, the wall of my apartment that separated my balcony from the inside of my apartment, and soaked the carpet by the door. Maintenance was quick to take up the carpet and replace it, and even shampooed all of the carpet in the apartment even though only part of it was affected. I maybe saw 3 bugs in my apartment while I was there, oh and one of the elevators was broken about 1/3 of the time I was there. Security was okay. There's usually a security car that rides around but sometimes the gate was broken and just left open so anyone could get in. The package locker was great, I never had a package stolen, but when I lot of people order things, some packages are left out and you have to look for yours in one big pile. I wish they would separate the ones that don't fit in the locker by building and floor so it's be less to search through, especially around the holidays."

"Lived here for two years. It was a positive experience. Needed very little maintenance in the apartment, but whenever a request was submitted, it was handled quickly. Neighbors never too loud. Community was never dirty or anything. Took off one star because crime did go up in the area more recently, but even then their hired secuirity guard was always potrolling. It was a nice place to live overall."
