"Your mail will be picked through and stolen. The only people with keys to my mailbox are me and my roommate, the leasing office, and USPS. USPS has sent me and my roommate confirmations our mail has been delivered, but the important pieces of mail are always stolen. The property management company still has not reached back out to me and the leasing office refuses to do anything about it (suspicious). I even filed a police report, and they still won’t look through the cameras (even though I gave them the exact days things had to have been stolen). The police specifically said that all the leasing office needs to be able to look through the cameras is a police report. Unless you want to pay for a PO Box, do not try to get any mail here."
"I love that the apartment is by an Ulta, the Galleria and major restaurants. The location is great. Cool amenities. Nice pools. The onboarding/ move-in process with Kyara was amazing. She's there whenever I have any questions or concerns and is always very kind, professional and willing to help! The maintenance team is also fast and kind. I feel safe here and I am very pleased with my experience so far."
"These apartments were always on top of every request I had. They always made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. I had a great experience for the year that I lived here. Kyara and Alexandria were my go to girls and always handled every request so efficient and made everything so easy for me. They always went above and beyond for me and always had a positive attitude. Thank you ladies, your efforts never went unnoticed and I appreciate you both!"
"Horrible location, it is not December and I’ve been dealing with the walls cracking due to the apartment settling ( build bad). Every time they “repair” it it cracks again in 2 weeks. I’ve tried to get relocated to a different apartment but they brushed me and & said they can’t do anything. Now that my lease is up and I can finally move on, they said I have to wait 2 month and they up my rent up 150%. I would never recommend dealing with this company."
"The essential housing program has been incredibly frustrating. The management team has continuously changed my room assignment, going so far as to allocate it to someone else. It's deeply disappointing, and I have serious concerns about their legitimacy. This experience has been a significant waste of my time and effort. I'm relieved I didn't lease there."
