"I am currently not happy with Pont Alba. My son and I have been here for 3 years and now my maintenance request are not being answered. There has been a dead mouse on my porch I have repeatedly asked maintenance to get rid of that a stray cat brought up. I let them know mold was growing on our vents and making my son and I sick. The AC was leaking and now the heater will not turn on. There was a point of unemployment for me and I’m not sure if this is their way to retaliate. It’s just disgusting. It almost feels racist, because why does the Black family have to be subjected to filth. Oh! there are cracks running all through the wall. I've never had to invest in so much roach/ant spray in my life. The tub is peeling and rusted. It just disgusts me. I bleach before taking a shower and still get out feeling disgusting. This was my first apartment and was ready to celebrate with friends/family. I have not had ONE visitor because I am so embarrassed. I am far from dirty and my unit feels disgusting. Black running all in the carpet from dust. I am actually moving, but just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking of moving. Do I feel safe with my son walking down the street? Yes. Do I feel safe with him in the unit in regards to health? No. Then the audacity of management to come and bang on my door when I was sick to hand me a notice. Pink bright papers with threats. Naw. I'm over it."

"Incompetent and arrogant property manager constantly changing, constant AC issues, and flooding issues when it rains are your best bet once you move to Pont Alba. These used to be good apartments, until management went down. You’re paying nearly 1.8k to live in a nice area at the cost of some terrible apartments. Witnessed a drive by shooting and domestic violence in less than 4 months. Tenants constantly leaving due to issues with oblivious new tenants coming in not knowing the problems that come with signing a lease here. You’ll pester the manager nonstop to fix an issue, or address a concern before it becomes an issue and they’ll do nothing but place the blame on you when you had been reminding them for weeks to fix it / address it. Please do yourself the favor and not move here. Moths (and moth larvae) bees, and ants have been an issue here as well. We had a living bee colony in our walls. They had to drill the walls and had honey dripping from them. Unbelievable. Then they’ll reach out to you talking about how they’re so sorry and that you can complain to some number to help with your issue and for what? Just for y’all to do nothing in respects anyway but to pretend y’all are doing anything for the people living here"

"I would not recommend. There's a lot of things not being taken care of. I have been having issues since my second month here and I only been here for 8 months. I have saw 4 different managers, the communication sucks. The bug problem is horrible and they don't take it serious at all. They cover it all up when you move in of course. I have never in my life had to deal with these bugs in my home. Seriously infested and I don't want to put nothing in here because of it. My apt still empty and will stay that way. I don't have anything to say good besides people have good attitudes and seem nice when you talk to them in person but stuff doesn't get done and you get ignored a lot. Now I see why there's so many empty units. I wouldn't recommend. That's my honest review. Worse apartment I have ever lived in. I was warned by previous tenants I can say that although I was already stuck in a lease by then."

"I have lived here for three months now. I can't say much on the office staff. There is one individual I can speak on Blake the maintenance guy has been absolutely amazing. When I came in the unit was in immaculate shape but this being an old property things have popped up. Blake has handled everything with efficiency and has effectively fixed everything . I can't thank him enough for being so kind and respectful he has made my stay here amazing."

"Wow. Just WOW! Visiting a friend at this complex. Was thinking about renting an apartment here but after seeing these conditions… laundry room, pool, grounds in general are in absolutely miserable slum environment. Residents I spoke to are disgusted with the situation. They say plumbing problems are a daily part of life. People dumping old furniture items outside near mailbox and it’s left there for days. Boy oh boy, this management company should be criminally investigated. So sad for my friend and all the residents here. Used to be very nice. Now it’s more like a Definite Urban Maintenance Project aka D.UM.P. Would give zero stars if possible."
