"The staff here is amazing! Maintenance is very on top of work orders and very communicative. The property is well maintained and they are doing a couple new projects to the property itself. The residents I have met are very friendly and it is quiet community with families, business professionals and retired couples. I love the location it’s close to everything including my job. Our floor plan is the best floor plan I’ve lived in with lots of space and the price for in the loop is a steal. Definitely recommend checking this property out."

"Current resident. Used to be a good place for living but now it feels unsafe. Cars can easily tailgate into the property, my motorcycle got stolen just recently within the gated underground parking garage, staff being dismissive when trying to check the camera, random people (delivery etc) could easily tailgate resident to any floor through the elevator, and Amazon packages were stolen in front of the apartment unit. If anyone could get into the property so easily, I imagine worse things could happen onwards."

"The behavior of the leasing agents are actually unbelievable. They are always rude and unprofessional for no reason. Angelica basically attempted to tell my father about my personal life out of spite of our family not being happy with our experience at Allusion. Additionally she insinuated to my father that I was promiscuous for having my boyfriend over at the apartment. Like, WHAT! So weird! I am a 22 year old woman. The most unprofessional BIZARRE behavior I’ve ever experienced in my life. We attempted to break the lease a month early because of a business opportunity in another city. Angelica insisted we pay not only the rest of our rent for the next few months but an extra 3000$ on top of that for breaking the lease just one month early. This is not the first time she has been extremely difficult to work with. To make a long story short, they do not care about their clients and are rude to their clients. They do not try and help the clients. Especially with the economy of the world right now, the behavior and expectations are simply unacceptable. Allusion is a decently nice place to live, but this behavior has actually been gross and so shocking."

"This place has turned into a joke since getting new management. Damage from the freeze in February still hasn’t been fixed. The locks (electronic) don’t work to get into the grass dog run (either from the street into the gate or the inside the dog run going into the building). These haven’t been fixed in over a month. Nothing is like it used to be here. Everyone I know (we all used to love it here) has already moved out or is not going to renew their lease. It’s sad to see what has happened with this place. A year ago it would have easily been a 5/5."
