"I visited this apartment community as it is close to my work and needed a new place to call home. Once I arrived the staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcoming. The lady that helped me her name is Dania, she went above and beyond to help me with the application process. Unfortunately, I did not qualify to live at the community as there is a factor I have to address. Overall, I wanted to write a review to let the company know that Dania has exceptional customer service and was quickly to respond through my application process."

"I love this apartment very professional staff the property is clean and it secure and safe. This apartment I view was very nice one bedroom kitchen open floor plan to the living room with a nice granite island in the kitchen. The potion is a hood view of the pool the closet space I love it is hidden in the bathroom apart from the bedroom. I am differently moving here in February the leasing agent Ms EJ was very patient and pleasant to work with being I have been calling for weeks with questions."

"I have lived here for 5 years now. In the time that I have lived here, the property has changed owners. The new owners have made major repairs to the property, including fixing the parking garage and installing various security features around the perimeter of the property. Yes, more repairs are needed, however, it simply takes times. Communication is received via text & email any time there is an issue on property (for example, when a repair needs to be made that will effect all residents). Last, the office and maintenance employees go above and beyond for their residents."

"I have lived here in these apartments now for six years. Seen so many different apartment managers in office the last six years. So far this place has been through 3 apartment managers and we have our 4th one now currently. Called office today as we have no water in the apartment. Spoke to some lady named Mel. Not only was she rude, she hung up on me while I was asking her a question. Disappointed in customer service received. Apartments are nice and a good size, however carpets and appliances could use some updating. Hallways def need some work. Parking is not bad so far, however sometimes u will see people who are not residents park in the reserved spots. Walked in gym the other day and gym still is lacking equipment. Gym was nice back in 2017/2018 until they got rid of some equipment. Gym could also use some upgrades. We finally have a working gate, however I am having issues with people when they call I cant buzz in. Ive asked them to fix it but just keep on getting the run around on it. Location is good but lately last year or so too much construction on this street and near richmond. Hence why we have no water today thanks to the construction guys breaking a pipe. Hopefully soon we will have no more construction. Overall apartment building could use some upgrades both inside the unit and in hallways. Upgrade of some residents too. Some are nice and then others just give you a death stare. Hope improvements are made to customer service as well as upgrades to apartments n apartment building"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Scam apartment complex. Stole money from me. I left my apartment in great condition, I was a perfect tenant and paid my rent on time. I gave them my forwarding address when I moved out in writing AND in email, and then a couple of months later I get a letter in the mail from collections asking me to pay for “damages” I never got notified about. I didn’t get an email, a letter, a phone call, NOTHING. And now they are unresponsive to me and I had to pay $250 to avoid the collection going on my credit. The place is also FULL of roaches, and when I moved in my apartment was super dirty and smelled like cigarettes. “Pest control” is a joke. The common areas are filthy. Gym is in terrible condition. Security sucks. Staff is very rude. I would never recommend anyone living here."
