"Barely moved in here few weeks ago and so far my family and I are really loving it here. The manager is very nice and when things need to be fixed she makes sure it gets done. Maintenance are fast at their job and works really well. Very quiet environment no one messes with you. Also they did everything they could to get us in here as fast as they could. It is our first time living on our own and we are so happy we have chose this place to call home I look forward on living here for a long time. Major plus for us when we found out they have gas stove. It is gorgeous inside the apartment. Love it here."

"I've lived here for about 3 months and it's been amazing so far. Apts are very clean unit has new and very nice amenities and in this Houston heat you cannot beat the ac units. Our apt is so comfy and nice kitchen has granite counter and brand new cabinets and anytime we need something management is on top of it. Honestly I've lived in about 8 different complexes in Houston and this one is honestly the best and with some utilities included you cant beat it. And the best thing is management here has been the nicest and most understanding manager I've ever delt with. If you're looking for a new spot do yourself a favor and live here."
