"I’ve lived at this community for almost a year and I’ve had the best experience. Mayola at the office is so awesome! She always responds promptly, is so kind & always happy to help. If I have any issues at all they are on it immediately. Maintenance keep the property & pool very clean. It’s so nice to live in a complex where the office staff is kind and happy to make your experience most pleasant. I highly recommend this complex!"

"The third part they use for the application process is terrible!! We had to re submit the same check stubs(That came from our employers website) more than once and was told that one applicant stubs were “Edited”. I had to call numerous times to get an answer because the lady Gabriela who was working with me only called once and if it wasn’t for me calling to check the status she would not have given me a call to let me know anything…"
"The apartments are beautiful but the company itself is horrible. It is illegal to charge rent to 2 people for the same apartment, and they did just that. We got flooded with Harvey and that''s the reason we had to rent. We end up fixing our home before the contract ended. They did not wanted to work with us, rented the apartment within 2 weeks and still sent the full amount of the contract to the credit bureau. We left the apartment spotless and we did not get our deposit back."
