"I have to acknowledge Mr Dexter, who's a leasing agent for this complex. He is one of the best agents I've worked with. He has gone above and beyond to assist his clients. He has been extremely helpful and attentive. I had a difficult situation that needed to be addressed. Due to his dedication and willingness to help, we were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner."

"I moved into heights on katy in September 2023. Samantha and Martha have always been so incredibly helpful, through the leasing process, moving process, and with any questions or issues I’ve had thereafter. The maintenance team has worked on my apartment a couple of times and they have always been responsive and friendly. Marvin recently spent over 2 hours fixing my ac unit on a Saturday night to make sure my daughter and i were back to being comfortable as soon as possible. Ive also met the property manager and a corporate rep at one point and they were both very kind, receptive, and respectful. I cant say enough great things about this community! Coming from a really terrible experience with management at my last complex, it means a lot to have a team of people who want to see their tenants happy and their community thriving! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with reasonable pricing for a perfect location, close to anything and everything you need. I absolutely recommend checking it out if you’re looking to move."

"The apartments have been doing a steady job at improving themselves and as such, a round of applause should be held for Chandis and Samantha for working so hard to provide the best experience not only for potential tenants but current ones as well. I was delighted to hear how much care they provide to each person they come in contact with. Truly these apartments and their staff are one of the best!"

"Samantha the manager is the best. I love these apartments, the price and location are great. I really enjoy the center garage that lets you drive up to your floor. You do pay a little extra for units to have updated appliances like stainless steel fridge. The storage units onsite are a fantastic price if you can get your size. The gym has basic cardio equipment, a medicine ball set, some machines, and dumbbells. Enough for a workout but not weightlifters. Also, the pet ret and deposit are much better here than other locations. There are some cons, but that some of that comes from living in Houston and the other is Apartment companies. Someone will break into the apartments periodically and steal rims. It happens once every few months. The other issue is with payments. There is a $45 convenience fee for online payments. If you pay early, the utilities wont be included and you will have to come back to pay that. They also stopped taking personal checks, and are asking for money orders or cahiers checks. Recently they added payed parking spaces that are unnecessary. All the spots are convenient(not just the reserved), but to charge for spaces when we continue to have break-ins and not upped the security shows the wrong priorities."

"Where do I even begin. This has been the worst moving/living experience to date, and guess how long I've been here? TWO days. I moved in on this past Saturday 9/23/23 to what I thought would be an amazing apartment only to discover that this unit doesn't have ANY of the amenities that I was told it would have. I signed the lease solely based on what Jonathan (leasing agent) told me during my tour. On the tour, we looked at a similar unit that had everything I wanted, hardwood floors, updated appliances, a built-in desk, etc. The only difference between this unit and the unit I was getting is that the layout style would be different because I couldn't view the layout I was considering due to it being occupied at the time, understandable. I asked Jonathan twice about the amenities and he assured me that the unit I was interested in would have what we just looked at. So based off what he told me, I began the application process. Fast forward to moving day, I arrive at my new apartment to discover that it doesn't have hardwood floors and the appliances yall, I swear they're from the 80s, please refer to the pictures on this post. I started to head down to the leasing office but found Jonathan on the way, I told him that the unit he gave me looks nothing like what we discussed during my tour. He contacted his manager, Samantha, who asked Jonathan to show me other units they had available. I viewed one and it had what I wanted minus the built-in desk. I told Jonathan that this one is ok but it doesn't have the desk, and he also told me that there would be an increase in price. So I asked him what they (the company) are going to do about this to make this right? Because I feel like I shouldn't have to pay more because of their/your screw up. He apologized and made several excuses: "I was new at the time you came in so I thought it was renovated" "well they actually stopped doing renovations and your unit was done" "well I only mentioned that it would have hardwood floors, I didn't guarantee updated appliances". I told him, "Jonathan, you could've just told me that you weren't sure and then follow up with me when you knew for sure, I made a decision based on what you told me and its not what I wanted...its your job to know the facility and hopeful tenants like myself are supposed to trust that you're giving them the right information" I told him again, that you guys need to make this right, I will consider one of the other units but I don't want to pay a different price than what I already agreed to pay since this is your fault. He said he would contact Samantha and let her know and they would get back to me on Monday. I asked what am I supposed to do in the meantime, (my movers had been waiting this entire time) he couldn't give me an answer other than they wouldn't be able to do paperwork for a different unit until Monday. So unfortunately my movers had to move all my stuff into the apartment that I don't want and then I will have to move AGAIN, to a different unit. Like I've said, this is the WORST experience I've ever had with an apartment complex, they need to make this right and I hope sharing my experience will help you decide if this place is worth taking the risk. I also want to add, in the apartment that I don't want, one of the toilets doesn't work, and the other you have jerry-rig the back of it to make it flush. The door to my laundry closet is broken and it almost fell on me... I'm just loving how "Luxurious" this apartment is. Oh yeah, and today is Monday and I haven't been contacted nor will anyone answer the phone in the leasing office."
