"I currently live here and the maintenance service is terrible, I have lived here for two months and the shower in the bathroom has not worked well since the first day and they have not fixed it, also you do not always have hot water, I have a month with water leaks in my apartment, there are already 3 leaks in total, they just say they will fix it and nothing ever happens, check the a/c when they don't come, you can't control the temperature, they decide if they put cold air or hot air and you can't control the temperature. I currently live here and the maintenance service is terrible, I have lived here for two months and the bathroom shower has not worked well since the first day and they have not fixed it, also you do not always have hot water, I have had water leaks in my bathroom for a month My apartment, there are already 3 leaks in total, they just say they will fix it and nothing ever happens, check the air conditioning when it comes, you can't control the temperature, they decide if they put cold air or hot air and you can't control the temperature."

"All things considered, a little overpriced. Amenities are half-decent. Half of the washers in the laundry room are out of service. The appliances are used and old, my stove only had two serving burners and one actually exploded (thankfully not while we were close by) and of course the oven doesn't work. The AC works when it wants to, how it wants to. The neighbors are REALLY loud, so if you prefer a quiet space to live in -- this ain't it. It's a good area to live in; Long Point has a lot of shops and there is a bus stop right in front, but I do not recommend these apartments. The only good thing I have to point out, is the staff. They are polite and punctual which is a plus."

"Nope nope nope , wouldn’t recommend this apartments no nobody . Everything is so dirty . The apartment im living in right now , HAS RATS . NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN MORE DISGUSTED . PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE"
