"Average apartment in a good area that’s close to everything. Never have to worry about garage getting broken into any anything stolen from cars. It’s an older building but staff is doing a good job trying to make it nicer. Maintenance is awesome and responsive, however give had to call them multiple times a month. Overall a decent place to live especially when new to houston. Staff in the leasing office are nice, responsive and friendly"

"I have lived here since 2019 and don’t plan on leaving this community any time soon. The location is prime so close to restaurants, bars, parks and pricing is great. Darienne and her entire team are amazing and are quick to help with whatever you need. They are so communicative with everything going on and create such a welcoming community for everybody. I highly recommend moving here!"
"Have been living here for about a year, and I definitely recommend this place. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and easy to reach out to. The new management is doing a wonderful job of keeping the complex well mantined, clean and peaceful. They host monthly resident events as well as group fitness classes, making it a great community to be part of!"
"Overall 5/5 Moved in a month ago and I love it. Great apartment/community to live in. Absolutely no issues so far, but will update this review if anything changes. Staff 5/5 Darienne and Sierra have been amazing people throughout the process. Helped me find the best apartment for me and have been incredibly helpful with the move-in process. Both are amazing people and have great attitudes whenever I need anything. Location 5/5 Close to 59, so I can easily get to downtown for work.Also close to grocery stores such as Whole Foods and HEB, as well as Costco. Amenities 5/5 Great gym, very nice communal area with billiards/board games/nice TV/kitchen, nice pool, and spacious storage units for those in need."
