"Just moved in this weekend. Geo helped me with the leasing part and he was awesome. Everything living wise is amazing so far as well. My ac actually went out this morning and they came to fix it by the time I came home from work. I also received a call to confirm it was fixed before they left for the day. This kind of customer service is very rare to find in apartment homes these days. So far I do recommend living here!! Been here since October and things are going downhill. Alot of the gym equipment is out and not getting fixed. The fire alarms also go off pretty often, probably every other week. Most residents here smoke weed and leave the halls and common areas smelling terrible. There are also aggressive dogs here (that have attacked other dogs numerous times) that the management does not remove from premises."

"I decided to move into another apartment complex, but had a wonderful experience touring with Monica. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help me find what worked best for me. Definitely look for her if you are planning to tour the property."

"Biggest regret was moving here. Management ( Joan) definitely favors the Hispanics . Rats and loud noises and fights. Packages get stolen every day and homeless people running around the common areas. Not worth the money I’ll be glad when I terminate the lease here. I deleted my last review because I thought she did her job and fixed the current issues but she doesn’t care I wouldn’t waste your money here the rent is too high and the customer service is extremely poor. ( if you’re not a friend of Joan or you’re black please don’t move here) you’ll definitely be discriminated against!"

"I moved to Harlow River Oaks at the end of March, 2023 and My leasing agent Jay was a huge help!!! I moved here from Mexico and he made the process so easy. He got me approved promptly and his personality is amazing!!!! This was the first property I saw in the area and I filled out the application right after the tour. The property is in a great location… there are plenty of nice restaurants that are in walking distance - Target is also in walking distance. Joanna, the property manager, is also very sweet! The only con I have is sometimes the residents on my hallway don’t follow the rules when it comes to valet trash so that’s super annoying. Other than that, I would recommend staying here."

"I loved this apartments, formerly known as Sola Uptown when I moved there. The apartments unit were done in contemporary style with many modern touches; great, open kitchen with grantie countertops and stainless steel appliances, wood flooring. It has air-conditioned, clean hallways, two elevators, a 7-level garage with plenty of space and easy access to your floor. The common areas are very nice and well kept, with an excellent conference room and business center with wi-fi (no public computers there, though); the complex also offer a cool private courtyard with swimming pool, grill and more; outside it has not one but two dog parks for those with canine companions. Beyond that you can walk in the neiborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, cafes and shops inlcuding River Oaks District, Highland Village, and the Galleria; there's a Target practically across the street, and a Central Market within walking distance. Also, great parks around, like the Houston Arboretum, Memorial Park, Wiess park, and Buffalo Bayou park. Before I forget, the staff is friendly and helpful, at least in my own personal experience, with the two administrations I dealt with. Not everything is perfect, and Harlow is not exception. Sometimes the common areas, elevators and stairs smell bad, mostly dog's pee or poo; I know it's fault of the pet owners, still, the admin should address that. And the rents are getting expensive; the location is extremely nice and convenient, sure, but I have other goals to budget my money. Thanks for the great experience living here!"
