"The delivery service at the complex is not meeting minimum level of expectations. It used to be good when they had third party services, but it’s been 9 months they switched to the delivery companies. Since the switch, the residents are having issues with getting their packages including loosing them from the locker and mail box."

"The most amazing apartment complex ever! Truly is a slice of heaven in Houston and anyone would be lucky to live here. The staff is incredible, always so friendly and go above and beyond for all their tenants. Huge shoutout to Miriam, she is a gem! Everything is so well maintained and always in excellent shape. So sad to leave Post Oak Apartments, it was the best time. Look no further if you want the best living experience!"

"Lived in Phase II for the 2 years I was in Houston. Nice and quiet complex. It's right by the highway so it takes fifteen minutes or less to get most places in the city. Management looks out for their residents and goes above and beyond. If you need a maintenance service it's done same day or the next day. Would definitely recommend living here."

"Love living here! The apartments are stunning, I feel safe and they are affordable. They also allow ring camera and alarm systems. Good mix of 30's+. I take my pup on a daily social walk to say hi to other people and dogs every day in the park. The only reason I'm knocking off a star, is that the parking garage in phase 1 requires you to be clicked out by a clicker to get out of the garage. I've have multiple guests get trapped and there is no service in the parking garage to call me. I feel this is a safety issue in terms of a fire or in the event of an emergency. I can understand not having a call box but just to get out you shouldn't have to do that. Other than that room for improvement, I love it!"

"I lived here for 3 years and it wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t the best. I enjoyed the convenience of location to my workplace and the surrounding area. However, for the amount of rent they charge, the facilities and maintenance is not to par. We often had issues with A/C not working, flooding from water leaks or plumbing backing up, and animal feces in the hallways. Worst yet, instead of sending a final bill to charge for “carpet cleaning” they reported the account to a credit collection company. I would definitely not recommend living here. The photos I uploaded show the flooding we experienced and we were still charged for “carpet cleaning”."
