"Believe it or not, I've been at this complex for 10 yrs, and I've seen management and neighbors come and go. No place is perfect, but I've definitely been here long for a reason. The price, in my opinion, for a townhome with an attached garage in this area is reasonable. Rent has never gone up too high. The maintenance crew is always friendly and kind. Ignacio and William were the sweetest. They've helped me through so much when my pipes burst through the winter freeze. The staffs in the office is very understanding. Last year I was laid off and went through a major financial crisis. For over 6months I wasn't able to make rent payments on time, but the staff were very understanding when I explained my situation. They worked with me so I could split my payments. And I truly appreciate it, you don't know how much it means and have helped me. The place is fairly quiet and clean. Most mornings, I see maintenance around the complex gathering trash to keep the area clean. All my neighbors have friendly and considerate. We mainly just keep to ourselves and wave occasionally. The only issue I have was fees being added to my lease without any prior notice. They had extended the patio over a year ago, But prior to installing it, I was never notified that it was taking place or the fees that were to come after, until I renewed my lease. And still after a year, the fees are still attached and I'm still paying for an extended area that I don't use. And in that extended area, grass is just growing non-stop, up to 3 feet at times. However, it does get mowed every few months. Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex. My two friends have actually lived here, before they purchased their home. As any place and thing, just make sure you are aware of fees in the lease. Check the portal monthly. They're pretty good at breaking down the fees for you to see ."
