"I would like to give a compliment to our maintenance man, Mr. Eduardo. Since I have moved here in May 2023, any maintenance issues, or just Mr. Eduardo, being neighborly and approachable he has always been professional at his work and thorough. He is a gentleman. He also takes initiative on his days off to come by the complex and check up. He’s a hard worker, he takes his job seriously, he cares about his work place. I’m happy to know we have him here at Park Trails Apartments. I want him to know he is valued, and appreciated! And thank him for always saying hello or hola , and asking if we are doing well!"

"I lived here for three years. I can unequivocally reccomment the management and staff for their attention and care. You won't find a better manger and maintenance crew anywhere else. The recent remodels are lovely. What they are doing to this complex to update them is beautiful. I would give the property five stars, except for the natural issues that come with age. As much as they update the interiors, this doesn't change the infestation of roaches or the plumbing system that really needs upgrades. However, always bear in mind the other side of community life - your neighbors. My child had fun playing here with the friends she made. Certain neighbors were wonderful in being an extra set of eyes watching her play. Many parents were actively watching their kids play to ensure they were respectful of the property. The biggest disrespectors of the property were never residents, but rather outsiders who would come on property. For the value, the management, and the community, you get a good place here."

"I just moved and I’ve been there for a year. It was very nice at first however, neighborhood kids became a problem yanking out wires and leaving running water flood your patio. It wasnt place to stay, but however, coming home late at night from work was definitely concerning. I’ve had to go to gas stations that are a list of mile or two because there was so much territory surrounded."

"I’ve been here almost 6 months now and love it. Since day Ms dawn was very helpful n friendly upon trying to get in. I’ve had a couple problems but once I notified office they had maintenance on it in no time. It’s quiet great neighbors n not once have I had problems with packages. Ms Dawn and Ms Edna are very nice ladies n I love the fact they keep us informed about everything thru email. I would definitely recommend this apt complex and look forward to renewing my lease here."

"I first moved in at the end of 2016. Currently looking to upgrade my apartment when it’s time to renew my lease. Ms. Eda and Ms. Dawn are the best. Very informative, giving to the community and makes everyone feel like they are a part of the Park Trails family. I truly believe that if they didn’t care, the community wouldn’t be as together as it is. There were times when tenants where in need and we came together to assist. If that’s not awesome then I don’t know what is."
