So many people moving out and skipping out I hope Ann the owner and every investor is seeing this and do something about the new manager and leasing they hired people are happy and not getting the customer service we offered at one time when numbers were great just facts :)"
"Worst apartments I have ever lived in. They have changed management 3 or 4 different times since I have been here, & I have only been here for 1 yr now. The new manager Marcee doesn't know what she is doing at all & is extremely rude. They are always having technical issues in the office. The mailboxes are always getting broken into. Trash is always being thrown everywhere except the dumpster. The water here is a health risk & It's definately not worth the amount you pay to stay here.So move in at your own risk."
"Surprised no one has mentioned anything about the yellow water . All I see is how dirty and the roach infestation and the numerous amount of changes in management for the past 2 years, so much change I didn’t even receive my over a 1000 + deposit back! Even after I left the apartment clean with little to no damages, Live here only if you’re desperate."
