"Whatever you do you don't want to move here it's not worth it . Some days you have hot water and some days you don't. Management has changed twice come to find up the apartments has a forclouser so now the bank owns the apartments . The Tenants have been paying there rent but because they was not doing things correctly now the tenant have to pay extra cause the office people was not doing things correctly. They hold peoples rent money and send them a eviction notice saying they owe when they have already paid there rent for whats in there lease agreement . Also if you resign your lease they recharge you for a security deposit that you have already paid when first moving in apartments . Not right they are getting over .They also thinks that it's funny like people have extra money to give away . It's not worth it and it's Roach infested . People are being evicted due to the apartments not doing things correctly so now the tenant has to pay for the company mistakes.What ever you do don't move here save your stress not worth it period."

"Just don’t let them move you in. My friends apartment is a literal health hazard and they will probably just paint over it. The water damage is too severe and they’re not going to tear it out. The toilet is not flush with the wall and maintenance placed a piece of cardboard to “fix” it and make it stop leaking. The bathtub is also leaking as you can see in the photo. There is black mold all over the closet most likely from the toilet leaking into the unit behind. You have been warned."

"Not as good as they used to be and idk if that's management from leasing office or ownership. But if you are 1 day late they already preparing to take u to court/ eviction. No trust in their residents"

"Residents are be careful . Completely unsafe with unsatisfied and poor management. They show me one updated unit and they give me one dirty unit . First day of my moving I had almost 10 complain . Bathroom flush didn’t work , and office took 1 month to fixed it . And last Christmas night I was my friends house , next day I came back my apartment, and I found my door was broke , they took all kind of valuable things ,even frozen fish also they took . I told office about the robbery and they don’t really care , than I took my decision to break the lease and left from this dirty apartment. Again residents are be careful ."

"First off the unit I was shown was not what I was given. I was shown an updated unit with a microwave and what they gave me didn't have one. Maintenance is extremely Slow!! Dog feces is everywhere. There is also trash every where and the ladies in the leasing literally doesn’t take your needs seriously. You literally have to ask for help multiple times for any issues you’re having which is extremely irritating. It was so bad living here that I had to break my lease just in 2 months. My last straw was when kids started chilling and lingering around my unit. I gave notice to the Marie and told her how there was vandalism on my properties patio and also video of kids on my porch! She did not respond 5 days. She claims she asked her higher up about me moving to a different unit but of course she never did follow back up with me. How would you feel to be waken up to rocks being thrown at your building or kids being loud in the morning or you porch. Just craziness!"
