Imperial Oaks Apartments

"The worst apartments ever since they changed persons to start there’s no water hot, they increased rent, the Price of parking, they took security, they took trashcans out now there’s only one, each day they enter to rob and when you want to make a report they never answer and the manager is never available. The persons in the front don’t have capacity to help other persons their horrible and rude"

"You have to keep asking them to fix the AC. They’ll fix it for it to only work 2 weeks MAX. By far the worst apartments. Management is terrible. Maintenance is terrible. Don’t move here."

"Okay so I kindly requested to get my AC fixed then the lady responded yes not the friendliest way let’s just and left because of course I don’t want to wait for the maintenance to come because it’s close to 100° Outside so imagine inside. Was gone all day and came back of course to a hotbox. She probably won’t see this because she must be sleeping comfortable in her breezed cool apartment. Thank you for making my birthday better. (I never had problems with requesting it to get fixed and this is a new lady that was “helping me”)"

"Stop by played baseball with my girlfriend's kids. Got something to eat, watched TV and then left. After visiting the first time it turns out some jealous guy calls the office saying I'm living there. So they send a guy instead of a woman early in the morning to find out if I'm living there. I got my own place no need to be harassing someone and telling them they're lying and need to pay more in rent."

"These apartments by far have been the worst that I have ever lived in. First their security isnt of any help we fot flooded out back in march and not one person was notified that their vehicles were flooding. Then they wanted vehicles that were flooded out of the apt complex by a certain time and didnt help any residents with removal of the carpets in their apartment. Then whenever they are working on the water or boiler they dont notify residents unless we call and camplain that they ara working on something not too long ago we didnt have hot running water for 4 dys and no running water for 2. The cockroaches in my apartment are horrible numerous times i tried to get oest control after many failed attempts they finally tell me they dont have pest control. When i do call out for them to fix something it will take over a week for them to fix it or not at all because the ladies in the front office wont put in my work order. They also have limited visitor parking up to 6-8 spots for a whole apartment complex with so many units. Its an inconvenience to live here the lights go out alot too and too many ongoing problems. I dont suggest anyone to live here."
