"This dump needs to be condemned - anyone who gave a positive review is working with Tina. Nothing works, Roaches everywhere, Maintenance doesn't make repairs & they are constantly changing additional fees. Not to mention, Towing is a fix to get more money out of tenants. I could go on & on but just giving a warning to anyone that might want to sign a lease BEWARE!!!!"

"There hasn't been any hot water from the beginning of March 1 2018 and it's currently March 27 2018 and still no hot water . I haven't seen anyone try to fix the issue and I thought it was a necessity for hot water. I feel bad for people that live here ,cause some days were cold and just to take a cold shower... Meanwhile you have the managers going home to a nice hot shower and not giving a hoot about what we are going through.. I already contacted the health department, I hope they can help out the community . So whoever wants to come here please check the water first cause boiling water in pots just to bathe is very ridiculous. So its May 4 2018 i had to make an update because the hot water is out again and I can't understand why this is a thing for them."

"Its sad how they do ppl. They have all kind of bugs roaches,mouse if anything gets broken you going to be waiting. The price for the apt is sad they are old and messed up inside and out. That girl Meme in the front office is rude and disrespectful how she talk to ppl what goes around comes around God don't like ugly and for you to miss treat any of his children, you reap what you sow."

"The people that say it's a nice place to live must be Tina friends. I went there to apply for an apartment and the attitude is horrible for management. I would never give my money to someone that have an attitude and you just applying for the apartment. And hell no it can never be a five star apartment I don't know how that came about."
