"I applied for this apt and was told I was denied of credit when I don’t have bad credit.i asked for a manager she not available asked for corporate was told they couldn’t give me information…per the application I have every right legally to ask about information on my application and my personal information. The rude agent hangs up in my face I will be reporting to BBB and also to the fair housing association."

"Terrible management and maintenance can't fix anything right. Infested with mice, mold in Apts, Dolly was a good Manager so was Angelica then they put lil Nallely in and took her right out..Tx Excel Management Sucks they don't care how u live the owner take ur money nd let u live in trash."

"How do i even give one star they don’t deserve none they are very disrespectful . They dont fix things if you are late on rent they will disconnect you air conditioning , or have your car towed . Insted of trying to work with people they ignore people . Don’t recommend AT ALL !!!!!"
