"They should put a stop or the city put a ticket on them it's unbelievable that they don't tell people who take there pets to poop outside that they don't pick it up. This apartments are full of poop outside that you should always be careful where you walk because you already step on poop in front on the apartments in the sidewalk it's awful nasty. Not against the pets but people should pickup there pets poop"
