"Negative 10 stars if I could. My parents lived here for years, I was glad when I moved out. Maintenance is beyond incompetent, they never get anything done! If there’s a problem in your apartment expect to wait days/weeks until the problem is fixed. Infested with roaches/rats (brand new, EMPTY, clean apartment infested with roaches, unbelievable!) They kept raising our rent. The manager is rude/lazy, how she’s still the manager is beyond me, everyone is the front office is rude. If you have an issue with your apt and tell them about they act as if you’ve inconvenienced them. They have a pool they never opened because they were too lazy to clean it/keep it maintained. NO PARKING for visitors, there’s barely parking for the residents, many people park outside on the street. The only sorta positive thing about the apartments was that the crime wasn’t too high, considering it has no security, back door is always open since the lock never gets fixed, and gates get stuck open easily. Still I’ve had packages stolen, but that’s most likely by the other residents, not intruders. I’m not one to post reviews, but this is a needed warning for people considering to move here."

"Often there were piles of feces around the pool area and the stairways. I’ve noticed that “security” lights haven’t been working in 6+ months and many apartments have bug and rodent problems plus after this last big storm, the black mold has taken over!!"

"If I could give a negative star I would do a 100% negative!!! Manager is super and ridiculously RUDE!! Terrrible management service, the owners should come more often to check on her, she's never at the officers well as the secretary EVER!!! NOBODY is EVER there. When you call, you have to call the emergency center and the people from there are just as RUDE AND TERRIBLE AS THE MANAGER! The maintenance guy is her Husband and so they do what they want. It's very absurd that she hasn't gotten fired!! THEY NEVER EVER EVER OPEN THE POOL AS WELL!!! When you call for something to be done at your apartment the manger saids it's not her fault for whatever went wrong and since her Husband is the Maintenance guy he never takes care of stuff. There's Rats all over the apartments my neighbors had Rats and I did too inside my apartment they never did anything about it. I left the apartment complex for all those reason. Check it out yourself, Dirty complex, Trash everywhere, Manager or secretary is never at the office. Go in a different day and different hours and you'll confirm it yourself. I bet the pool isn't even open by now and they will make up ANY EXCUSE inorder for them to not open the POOL! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!"

"We are all very thankful for the assistant. Yesterday, there was a problem and she risked her life to keep us all safe. We want assistants like her as manager. She spent the evening telling every car and person to be careful because of what happened. She worried so that us and the property is safe. I give these 5 stars to her."
