"Don’t live here unless you like living with roaches and a totally incompetent manager that doesn’t care about anybody that lives here. And if you do decide to live here for some reason, take pictures of everything before you move in and out because they will illegally charge you for painting when it’s not necessary and they probably won’t even do it."

"Maintenance is virtually non existant. Don't expect issues to be fixed in less than 3 weeks after you request it. After spending my own money to replace bulbs and fix some issues because they are so slow at it, they took nearly all of my deposit even though I had cleaned the apartment upon leaving. They claimed in their letter they had to clean it. Hilarious, because its obvious they do not even do a basic walk through before moving a new tenant into an apartment. They will nickel and dime you after such poor service from management. Don't live here."
