"Came across this apartment complex due to a close friend living here. She has for a long time now shared how pleased she’s been living here so I decided to take a look into the property as I’m currently looking for a new place. I was able to speak to the lovely Maria, which I believe to be the assistant manager. Great lady and was very helpful in providing me with great information on the property. Looking forward to coming back."

"I have lived here believe it or not, over 17 years. As any place you rent, there is good management and there is well, not so good. I’ve seen both. I’ve seen a lot of office personnel come and go. Why have I lived here so long? 1) close to work (the medical center, the galleria area, downtown, and all sports and entertainment venues), 2) great parking garage which was awesome when we had flooding from Hurricane Harvey ( and H. Ike!) Believe me, I had peace of mind. Our cars were safe. 3) the maintenance crew are awesome and respectful. They do their best to care for your maintenance needs. If you don’t hear from them, you call the office and speak to a human being. 4) the apartments are decent and good size. It’s your job to report any issues. I’ve read a few complaints about the car break ins. Well in 17 years it happened twice to me here. When I was a homeowner, not only did I experience 2 home invasions but car vandalism as well. Guess what folks, we live in the 3rd largest city in the US. It’s not crime free. Take precautions and don’t leave things in your car in plain view. A few years ago we found that the side gate by was what facilitated the criminals to access our cars. Make sure that gate is always locked. Don’t let people follow you in to the complex if you can help it. It would be nice to get cameras back in the garage if it helps. And please, stop trying to manually open the entry gate! Also, perhaps better vetting of future tenants especially criminal background checks would help. Just a suggestion. I don’t give 5 stars because nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement."

"I've been here going on 3 years. My first year was good and management was good. My second year, cars were getting broken into. My window busted along with 30 other cars one night/morning. They never inform us when it's been vandalism on the property. Not even sure where security is. Management has changed again and this property is going down hill. I don't even feel comfortable going out of town for 2-3 and leaving my car on the property..I put in a order for a foundation issue with my unit, they came and looked, I signed paperwork and waited...few weeks later I find out the woman I did my paperwork with is no longer working in the office...I'll have to redo the paperwork. But you can guarantee RENT will continue to increase."
