"If you’re looking for a place to live, RUN! Far away! Stop, and catch your breath, drink some water, then start running again. From the outside, during the day, it seems like a nice, quiet, cozy little complex with friendly office staff… but once you’re inside, after you get done helping your kid get her furniture unloaded, and set up and you sit down to relax for a second, before you help unpack the rest of her belongings; the real tenants come to greet you. At least 200 GENERATIONS of roach mafiosos literally appear out of thin air, they ask what you’re cooking for dinner, and help themselves to all of it. They knuck when you buck!! They are descendants of Bebe… for every 1 you kill 15 come out from everywhere AND nowhere chanting we don’t die, we multiply! And while you’re pinching yourself, because there’s no way you’re not dreaming, a little grey haired granny roach breaks your kneecaps with a tire iron cause you killed 23 of her grandchildren when you turned on the garbage disposal and poured them, along with your beer down the drain. Did I mention there are roaches? Cause they got roaches… Oh yeah, and it’s roaches in these apartments. But pest control comes on Thursdays, so… there’s that."
