"Great apartment. I spent a lot of time and money searching for and renting an apartment before, but fortunately, a friend introduced me to Post Oak Apartment. Oh my god, I'm so sorry I didn't see you sooner. you have all the amenities that I need. The price is very cheap and the space is spacious. In-house amenities include a balcony, kitchen and refrigerator, built-in wardrobe, fireplace, and especially you can keep small pets. My daughter loves the shared play space in the garden. Such a nice apartment!"

"the worst roach infestation I've ever seen. if you tell the management they do nothing. even if you keep your apartment clean it doesn't matter. they can't even repair a leak that floods an apartment. they don't care about the residents here. they're only looking for ways to make money and save money. there's no heat in the winter and the air comes through the windows even with the unit off. dont waste your time or money here. I have lived here for 3 years and the new management is absolutely horrible. Please do not fall for their scheme, these apartments are not worth as much as they’re pricing them. And they know it very well. Despite me living here 3 years they locked me out of my own apartment and wouldn’t let me get my daughters diapers. Or anything that I owned. But the “renovations” are done by their family members or random workers- one of them being my husband a few times. And I can promise you that it is the cheapest renovation ever. The roaches will never leave and the owners will harass you to get you to pay fines just to have a parking space each month of $70. They threaten people just to get what they want and I really hope no one else moves in to these apartments because these owners do not care about anyone. Only their bank accounts."
