"I have no idea where to start with this community. Everything from the community, to amenities, and the environment are all great. I feel that the environment has improved very much since the change of staff. They have many fun events and are very accommodating to our needs. Since moving into the complex 2 years ago, I have been extremely pleased with it. There is a high level of positive energy all around. The staff are always helpful, caring and very kind. I just want to say thank you and thank you to Aunjelice for always being pleasant and answering all of my questions/concerns."

"I have lived here for 2 years now. I have been to other apartments in Houston and these are by far one of the best. I love how quiet it is and if I have an issue maintenance is on it quickly! I also love our leasing manager Karen, is always pleasant and helps where and when she can. I also love that they have activities going on and the Food Truck Fridays."

"I absolutely love this community!! Everyone here always go above and beyond their duties to ensure we are well taken care of. I also love how the staff acknowledges and treats their residents. From the free breakfast, sending emails to keep us in tuned within the community and also providing us with love. God is truly blessing this community with by giving us residents a peaceful place to reside. They also allow you to flex pay your rent when you’re facing difficulties in life. I truly would recommend this community to anyone in search of a rental apartment. Very nice community and always well kept clean. Thank you all for everything! "Had some issues in the past with leasing (not releasing packages but had them in their possession). Most maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner which I appreciate. The biggest issue I have is the SHOTS FIRED AT A BUILDING followed by about 12-15 people running from the building.. No communication from leasing office, I called police but they never arrived until the next morning. It’s madness. Gates are always broken and no way to confirm who actually lives here. Not to mention the key fob gate doors are mostly broken, have been since I started living here. There’s a ton of vehicle break ins, four total in the last month in the section I live in. Drugs on the ground my dog sniffed out while on a walk. (White powder in a little white baggie). Bullets on the road. It’s unfortunate and I feel like I may need to install my own security cameras for my safety. There’s gotta be more that can be done to ensure the safety of the tenants here."

"Do not waste your time applying to this property. I applied and asked prior to and during the application process of the administration fee was refundable. Amanda (leasing agent) told me not once but twice - that $200 out of $300 admin/app fee IS refundable. She did not provide any other details outside of that. I was approved and ultimately decided to sign a lease elsewhere. I emailed Amanda asking for my refund to be processed, and she responded saying that it’d be processed and take up to 30 days. No problem… right? No! Today I called and spoke with the property manager and she gives me a totally different explanation. Save your time. These people give conflicting information and take no responsibility for doing so. Not to mention the welcome letter that Amanda initially sent me was incorrect, she was to correct it and resend it. She never did! Save your time folks."
