"I wanna thank the manager Ms Maribel and assistant manager Ms Bella both ladies handled my issues with care and in a timely manner meant a lot to me. To know Miss Maribel has been here two months and trying to fix all the mistakes from the previous manager is amazing and the plans she has for the complex are wonderful with safety in mind I have been here almost 4 years and this is the best team so far!"

"Needs new management. Ive been here for 3 months, and it hasn't been the best. Problem after problem. Roaches, flys, management is horrible. I waited 3 months for a mailbox key.. I referred a good friend of mine to come live here, and they didn't even have the apartment ready for her on her move in date. The lady that was assisting her constantly had a attitude. Its sad. This management is so horrible its ridiculous. Ive had a problem with almost every appliance in this apartment, including the BLINDS. paying all type of fees for nothing. They tell you they have a wash room, that's a LIE. the washroom has been "In service" since I moved in. I paid a fee for my gate key, when the front gate doesn't even work! It hasn't worked since I moved in. And their excuse is "we can't keep fixing it because they keep breaking it." ... once again HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. They always tell you they'll call you back, never do. They dont take their jobs seriously. They always got a attitude!! All of the apartments in this area is trash, and for a first time renter I can say I learned my lesson moving here!"

"I put in a maintenance request because my washer only works on a certain setting and nobody came. I put in 2 more maintenance request today because my air handler is leaking and when my husband looked under it there was a Kroger bag tied to the bottom of it? (Clearly they don’t care about the residence living here if they’re doing shut like that) and the other request has to do with my AC not working. This is my second time submitting a request because nobody showed up the first time. Not only is the ac messed up but I tried to use my heater and it made all my smoke alarms go off. When I went to the office after calling 5 times, I told Eddie about the problems in my apartment and he said all of the problems I report are “emotional problems” so wanting my ac, heater, dishwasher, washing machine, leaky window and the mold in my apartment fixed because it’s not safe for my husband and I or our NEW BORN is an emotional issue apparently. Do not live here. Apt. L9"

"First off I'd like to see a big thank you to Marquez ! The management here is amazing. they help me and my boyfriend find an amazing apartment fitting every need, and want we had. Furthermore, the move it date was perfect. Marquez took time and was very kind and patient with me and Stephen answering any question we had. We been here a couple days now and the community and neighbors are super sweet, loving it so far. THANK YOU GUYS"

"I'mI have been here a week. When I moved in I was told I would have No refrigerator for 2 days. When I told them I would Not move in, the staff then told me I would get a refrigerator but it would not match. I did not have a smoke detector when I moved in. A week later after complaining did I get a smoke detector. I'm being charged $35 for valet trash, however I didn't get a trash can until yesterday. When asked for a credit on my account for the week of No Service, management told me they could Not & told me to go to Fair Housing. This place is a joke & moving here was a HUGE MISTAKE."
