"I have lived here for almost a year but today I am pleased to finally walk our dog In a clean environment as there's always a lot of loitering "sadly" pls stop throwing trash. I noticed a maintenance member picking up trash. Looks like they worked hard to have it clean so let's all help keeping it this way. I just hope the new management is better than the last."

"Ive been living in these apts going on 4 years and I do not plan on staying any longer. The constant change of management is a problem. My lease is literally expiring TODAY and for months I have been getting the run around about the new lease. Ive called plenty times, left vms and no answer or call back. 3 weeks ago I was told they were working on leases never received one ...called yesterday and finally got answer after days of calling and was told the lease would be sent over by end of day...today, NOTHING! How can I renew or move without proper notice and I refuse to pay month to month for something out of my control. The 1 star is for the pool!"

"ABSOLUTELY horrendous. Appliances don’t work, very noisy neighbors who you have to call the cops on, management extremely rude and incompetent! And to top it off they NEVER answer the phone OR emails so good luck with any concern being handled. I should’ve known when I moved in and there was NO WATER or no walk through it was going to be a mess. Find somewhere else to stay I’ve been here since NOVEMBER and want to end my lease. They are absolutely pathetic in every aspect."

"PLEASE READ THIS AND TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE APPLYING HERE!!! I been living here since April 2023, it’s been about a little over a month ever since this willowbridge company took over management they SUCK!! I wish I could give this negative 0 stars, let me just say this my lease is up in may and I swear I can’t wait to get out of here. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to renewing my lease. I needed my toilet seat replaced it took about 3 weeks and I had to keep calling them about when are they coming in stock. How they didn’t have extra toilet seat for maintenance to come replace it? And then told me there at the time was only one maintenance man. The second situation was my lightbulbs had blew out because I’m sure they were they were probably already here when I moved in, whatever so I put in a request and called the office, I was told I have to replace my own lightbulbs as long as I lived in a apartment I never heard of that but ok whatever. Let me tell you lastly I have a living RODENT in my wall in my bathroom I addressed this previously and nobody cared I brought it to willowbridge’s attention and I put in a request as well the lady in office told me she would have him come out on Monday to check it out, mind you I addressed this on a Friday. He never came until I had to call the leasing office of course because I’m a current resident their not answering, so I called from my other phone which is a unknown number they don’t have. And guess what?? Someone answered the phone I asked for the property manager and she stated she was the manager. Maintenance comes here and tells me there’s a hole coming from the bottom of the building that they have to get pest control or contractors out here to seal up the hole, cool. Never heard anything 2 days later I walk back into the office and asked what is the solution. Of course they brushed me off and said they’ll call me by the end of business day. This was a week ago now. LONG STORY SHORT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CURRENT RESIDENTS. Please be careful before applying here it’s ghetto and unprofessional for someone who pays their rent on time and when it comes to maintenance requests they really don’t care. I HATE IT HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE NOR THE ANXIETY I CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!"

"The move in process was very simple and easy. In fact I was a look and lease. After staying here for about a year I’ve decided that I DID NOT want to renew my lease. It seem like every other week I needed to call maintenance for simple appliances. During the middle of my stay they started lacking on upkeep with pest control. I’ve also never stay anywhere that had multiple energy outage or water stops. It just doesn’t seem worth the price that they’re asking for. You will find trash all over the property. I don’t know why we pay for valet trash if it isn’t 7days a week and there’s been multiple times they did not pick up my trash. They do not handle grievances in a timely manner and rarely pick up the office phones. I hope this NEW (3rd since I’ve been here) management is on there A game for future residents."
