"I truly adore living here. As a law student who is from the suburbs, I wanted a suburban feel but I still wanted to be fairly close to the city. I can’t rave about this place enough. I have lived here for almost a year and while I am not one to leave reviews, I do think that this place deserves its credit. The premises is always clean, it is always super quiet, and I truly feel safe here. I do think there was a small issue with car break ins over one weekend, but management has made safety adjustments. If you want an affordable, safe, and quiet place to live, LTD is the place for you."

"My family and I just moved here at the beginning of this month, and we love it here so far! The application process was a bit lengthy. but well worth it! Maintenance team is super friendly and responsive! It's also mainly quiet at night, and the property is clean with zero trash laying around[residents could do a bit better making sure their dog poop is picked up, and we have seen at least three people smoking on the property in broad daylight behind the trash can areas), but it's a overall new gated community!"

"Since the leasing office won't send an email let the reviews speak for themselves, there have been numerous tires stolen for months but the leasing office will just tell you that it has been reported to HPD & good luck! I've lived in different complexes and never had my tires stolen this is a joke! Don't complain either because they will hit you with a leasing violation, if you're thinking of moving here make sure to have locks on your tires and cameras installed because if not you'll wake up for work with missing tires or a broken window, was hopeful for this place but I see where it's headed.."

"Beautiful property and nice amenities however it’s very hard to get in touch with anyone, they don’t return calls or respond to emails, nor do they check any documents that have been uploaded to the portal. If you have an issue security does not answer the phone , the security cars/people are only there for the aesthetic because they don’t do anything , cars have been getting broken into and tires have been stolen off of the cars. This is a place that you move to for appearance because they look nice but once you move in you see all of the red flags. If you just need a roof over your head move in but , the communication is terrible here to say the least."

"The perfect balance of luxury and affordability. The floor plans are simple but spacious with wide open living spaces. The amenities are well appointed. I chose a 3rd floor unit, and I haven't had any issues with noise. The renting process was simple, I literally did everything on my phone in the car on the way to work. No, there isn't full-time office staff, but my emails and voice-mails were always responded to in a reasonable amount of time."
