"Office staff can be rude at times & some have nasty attitudes when greeting & responding to occupants. just like every other low income apartment complex around their tone is disrespectful. It would be nice if they could provide some type of integrity for people who needs understanding & guidance. Being they are struggling to find a place to live until their circumstances change for the better."

"These apartments are trying to be strict but they never do their job. They barely fix things right. When I first moved in they had painted over everything and once the paint start peeling mold was discovered. I asked for a transfer but they said that is not a valid reason for transfer. I don’t even think the maintenance men have licenses . They never do their job right. The people in the office are rude and unprofessional and be on the phone with their lovers and stuff while on the clock while you wait to be seen ."

"For Rosie to speak up on my management skills obviously you’re not a good manger yourself. When a tenant is applying for an apartment you should be able to let them know everything there are paying upfront instead of giving your tenants the run around. So don’t speak up on my management skills when you don’t even have your facts right. You the one need training so don’t send for me if I didn’t send for you ma’am. Check my reviews at my location before you talk down on anyone that’s very unprofessional of you to speak on me when you don’t even know me personally because you assume I had an attitude. According to you all reviews it’s basically about y’all management team that’s in the office. So please again don’t speak up on my management skills when you don’t even have the skills or professionalism. Thank you in advance!!!!!"

"This place deserves 0 stars. The people in the office doesnt care about their tenets. The hot water is off every week 2-3 times a week with no notice. Apparently no one has the training or knowledge to run this place. The managers is always changing every few months or they don’t have one. Apartments is full of mold and the office will not come out to tend to it. The walls is cracking due to poor maintenance and foundation. The walls can literally fall down at any given moment on me or my kids. The office is always closed or close early. These people in the office have no care in the world and it shows everyday. Demeshia is rude, unprofessional and her attitude is disgusting. She’s always on the phone while tending to tenants. She will discuss personal information while on the phone with whoever so they can hear all tenants personal information. Theirs no communication but always wanna go up on rent. These apts is falling apart everyday. Gate is always broken. Put in a work order and nobody ever comes to fix anything their excuse was they don’t have a manager right now but what does that have to do with maintenance. Every time I ask to speak with someone other than the people in the office it’s always a issue. They refuse to give out corporate number. Please but somebody that knows what their doing and shows some kind of concern. Scott is suppose to be corporate but he is no better than the others in the office. He is rude unprofessional and clearly doesn’t give a damn about this place or nobody that lives here. They are able to go to their home comfortably with hot water while we have no hot water weekly. I will be contacting everyone that I can to get some results."
