"Hidden gem of Spring Branch. My night time view so I won't say more to keep it hidden :) *Edited February 2021, this place has lost its luster. The property hasn’t been kept up like it was before. There is also unruly children who take fun in tossing the large rocks surrounding the stream that feeds the pond, into the pond itself. We also can’t keep a steady manager to save our lives and the influx of recent tenants shows a relaxed judgment by management. Since covid they have only been responding to emergency service request so they say. When my AC was leaking enough water to fill the light globe in the restroom as well as the bulb in the socked it was not seen as an emergency until I had to contact the city although it was clearly a fire hazard. Professionalism has taken a backseat to petty grudges and biases from the office that should have a hand in making the Lofts feel like home. It’s sad to watch a gem depreciate in value before your eyes. *Edited November 12, 2021 @ 11:20am I just want to see if what I believe will transpire will actually come to fruition by the close of the day. I can't honestly say I have much faith in the team here but I will be completely transparent with the turnout if they do prove my initial belief to be in error. In the subsequent update I will add additional clarity to what exactly you are witnessing in some of the pictures I've shared as well as add additional photos in support of some of the things observed in my ongoing review."
