"Horrible place save your money! The only upside is that this is a quiet neighborhood. But the new management sucks, they are understaffed and very unprofessional. No one is ever in the leasing office and they never pick up the phone!! Maintenance request take forever, unless you stay on top of the staff. This community is also old and outdated. I've called about my AC being broken and no one ever showed up to fix it (in the middle of summer).I called the after hour emergency phone no one picked up or called me back despite leaving several voicemails. I eventually had to purchase my own window unit from Walmart and install it myself. I've also noticed that the power goes out quiet frequently in this neighborhood. Anytime it rains or there is a slight thunderstorm the power is out for hours. My power went out and I noticed that my neighbors had power. I called the power company as well as Centerpoint energy. Centerpoint energy informed me that there was nothing they could do, my breaker was damaged. I AGAIN had to spend the night with no power or ac. Whenever I need assistance, I don't like the way I am treated or spoken to by the staff. Sometimes I feel like they do it all on purpose. If you want to avoid spending money on overnight hotel fees or new appliances, it would be in your best interest to look for housing else where. SN: I finally posted this months after moving out, I was pressured to take it down months earlier."

"Mrs.Damares, the apartment manager has a heart of gold! She deserves recognition for her dedication and amazing customer service. Moreover; she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is patient, she is kind, and she cares about helping your family with a smooth comfortable move to her property. They definitely found a precious gem to add to their treasure. Thank you Mrs. Damares for everything, your the best!!!"

"I have had it with this place. While the women in the office are nice they are not professional nor do they care about the residents here. Always asking me to delete my comments but not this one. The rent is being raised but I can honestly say they will harass you for payment. My rent is paid every month and every month I seem run out of hot water. This time the hot water has been out for 3 days and when I went to make a complaint, the lady on the office lied and said it would be resolved this evening. Day number four without hot water my rent is paid in full and it is under 50 degrees outside. This place is money hungry and ghetto maintenance services with thin walls and loose windows. Please save your money and stress from this awful place. Nothing relaxing about living here."

"If you love waking up taking cold showers this is the place to be. Whenever you have somewhere to be or you just want a hot shower the hot water is guaranteed to be cut off. If you’re in the Navy you’ll love it here. They also like to send tow trucks to tow your car while you’re asleep. Who needs the extra $200 anyways. They also have a nice pool that they keep locked up all summer. This is great because that means it never gets dirty!"
